Refund policy

For any product manufactured by Kleen Keys International, we offer 30-day store credit or exchange policy less any shipping costs incurred by Kleen Keys plus a 20% restocking fee.

For all other brands of products sold through www.kleenkeys.ca, Kleen Keys International must defer to each specific manufacturer's return policy.

IMPORTANT RETURN DISCLAIMER FOR ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF CANADA: For products sold or delivered outside of Canada, products may be returned as outlined above; HOWEVER, ALL return shipping and replacement order shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Store credit or exchanges are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Kleen Keys International does not offer refunds.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process
If an item is received from us damaged or incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately at info@kleenkeys.ca Prior to returning a product, contact Kleen Keys International at info@kleenkeys.ca for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

For each product returned, please include your name, shipping address, telephone number, and copy of your invoice as proof of purchase and have the package clearly marked with your RMA number.

All returned items MUST be in "new, unaltered and unused condition" with the original packaging. Definition of the new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  • Kleen Keys manufactured products must be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (after 30 days no returns are allowed)
  • Products made by other manufacturers must be returned within the period specified by the manufacturer
  • Products which may be chemically or biologically contaminated cannot be returned. Must not be a special or custom order
  • Clearance items cannot be returned
  • Products with special return policies noted in that item's detailed description

Kleen Keys International MUST be contacted within 30 days (or within the manufacturer's specified warranty or return period) if you intend to return ANY item. Items returned to us AFTER the specified period and WITHOUT contacting Kleen Keys International will NOT be accepted.
